The problem
Hotels and hospitality venues were managing Wi-Fi guest access manually through static voucher codes, creating administrative overhead, security gaps, and an inconsistent experience for guests. There was no automated way to generate, track, or expire access credentials.
The solution
A backend API system that automates the generation, distribution, and expiry of Wi-Fi vouchers. Integrated with network access controllers to enforce time-based and usage-based access policies, with a management interface for staff to issue and revoke vouchers.
